At House of Oils, we take pride in crafting premium small-batch infused oils with quality and care. Due to the nature of our food products, all sales are generally final. However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24hours of delivery at houseofoils2025@yahoo.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and if approved, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.


Returns

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. Unopened products MAY be eligible for return approval on a case-by-case basis within 48hrs of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by House of Oils.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:


- Opened or used products

- Custom orders or custom infusion blends

- Gift cards

- Clearance or final sale items


Shipping Issues

House of Oils is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before placing your order.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after approval.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production or shipping preparation has begun, orders cannot be canceled.
