Welcome to House of Oils. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, products, services, and business relationships. By purchasing from or engaging with House of Oils, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. General Overview
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
House of Oils specializes in small-batch, artisan infused oils crafted for culinary use.
2. Products & Intended Use
All products are intended for culinary purposes only
Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
Use products responsibly and in accordance with food safety practices
3. Orders, Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD
Payment is required at checkout
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order
Colorado Sales Tax Compliance
We collect and remit taxes in accordance with Colorado’s destination-based sales tax system, including applicable local jurisdictions.
4. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days
Once shipped, risk of loss transfers to the customer
We are not responsible for carrier delays (UPS, USPS, etc.)
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of food products:
All sales are final
Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 24 hrs of delivery
Resolution (replacement or store credit) is at our discretion
6. Food Safety & Allergen Disclaimer
Products may be processed in a facility that handles:
Tree nuts
Milk
Soy
House of Oils is NOT liable for allergic reactions.
7. Custom Orders & Signature Blends
House of Oils offers custom infusion blends.
All custom orders must be paid in full upfront
Custom formulations are final sale and non-refundable
Production timelines vary depending on complexity and volume
We reserve the right to decline custom requests at our discretion
Intellectual Property (Custom Blends)
House of Oils retains the right to reproduce or adapt custom blends unless exclusivity is agreed upon in writing
8. Intellectual Property
All brand assets—including:
Logo
Product names
Label designs
Marketing content
…are the exclusive property of House of Oils and may NOT be used without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
House of Oils shall NOT be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Improper use of products
Shipping delays or third-party failures
Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless House of Oils from any claims resulting from:
Misuse of products
Violation of these Terms
Third-party disputes related to your use or resale

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
Consumer Protection
